Thanksgiving 2009 was the first Thanksgiving dinner I have cooked.  I planned on serving the dinner at 2 PM, but we didn't eat until 4 PM - so I guess I have to work on the timing (most of the delays were in the prep time).  Still, everything came out hot and was not overcooked.

Note: This doesn't include the bread rolls (400 for 8 minutes with a butter spray on top) or the jellied cranberry sauce (open can, place contents in dish, cut on the short side) or the giblet gravy -- which was actually very good, but I just didn't get the pictures (or make enough).  I'll have to make that again and take the pictures (if you want the recipe, let me know).
