Bacon and Cheese Rolls

Ingredients

10 slices of bacon
Cheese to top (could be any kind you like).

 

Cooking Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees
Weave bacon in cast iron skillet. Cook for 20 minutes.  Remove from heat, top with cheese, return to oven for 2 minutes.
 
Set on draining rack, let cool (just long enough to be able to roll it - you might need rubber gloves).
 
Cut into slices and serve.
