Buffalo Dip

Ingredients

1 package of cooked chicken breast, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Ranch dressing
2/5 cup of pepper sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot)
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 bag of Tostitos chips

 

Cooking Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop the chicken into smaller chunks.
Using a hand blender (or by hand), blend together the cream cheese and the hot sauce.  Add the ranch dressing and blend.  Then fold in the cheese and the chicken chunks.
 
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
 
When done, allow to cool.  I tend to mix it up when it is cooling to fully blend the dip. 
 
Serve with dipping chips.
